The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website (collectively, the Trade Marks) are the registered and unregistered trademarks of 11:11 vital juicery and are protected by Indian trade mark laws.

PAYMENT

We must receive full cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit card. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices shown are exclusive of GST at current rates. All prices shown are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery and returns section of our website. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if there is a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. No contract will be formed unless and until 11:11 Vital Juicery accepts the buyers order. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred when 11:11 Vital Juicery sends a confirmatory email to the buyer, or if earlier 11:11 Vital Juicery dispatches the goods. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our cancellation and refund procedures are set out below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received no less than two working days before your start date or date of delivery. Cancellations may be made via email info@1111vitaljuicery.com Cancellations shall be taken to include postponement of a booking to a different date and changing the type of programme booked or the number of participants.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We cannot accept any liability for inconvenience or loss whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delivery of juices can be split into different days. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. You need to make sure that we have full and detailed instructions for your delivery address and that you must be available to accept the goods during our delivery times given. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. If you do require any information regarding your order(s) please read our delivery information page of our website. This also details how you can contact us with queries. Often deliveries can arrive outside of the scheduled delivery times, due to circumstances out of our control. In these instances, at our discretion we may waive the delivery fee. Once goods are accepted by the customer the sale is finalised and no refunds will be made.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be made after a cleanse programme has started or goods have been delivered.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Order should be placed 48hours in advance and then delivery will be made will be made within 48 hours after the order placed.

Specific health or dietary requirements or objectives cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary needs and may refer you to your GP. There is no substitute for a private consultation with a qualified nutritionist, naturopath or other health professional to discuss your individual requirements. Please contact us if you would like a recommendation for a suitable professional. Our products may not be suitable for everyone. Our frozen smoothies contains adaptogens and superfoods ,in ordering from us you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredient Our unpasteurized juices may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly and persons with weakened immune systems.If you have any concern, you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first. We regret that we are unable to deliver to those who have allergies that result in anaphylactic shock or diabetics who are insulin dependent..
Our products are made in a kitchen that contains nuts . In ordering from us you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredient. If you do have a nut allergy you need to contact us in writing. If you have specific dietary requirements you may contact us to discuss these. We may be able to accommodate your requirements in whole or in part at our discretion on a case-by-case basis however, we shall not be responsible in any way for failure to meet your requirements.
